Account Deletion

Delete Your Account In The App

Open joino and go to Profile > Account settings > Delete account. Confirm the deletion request in the app.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@joino.at from the email address connected to your joino account and ask us to delete your account.

What Is Deleted

We remove or anonymize profile information, clear saved events and participation records, remove follows and invitations, cancel future events hosted by the deleted account, and record the deletion request for operational follow-up.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or service integrity. We keep retained data only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
