Delete Your Account In The App

Open joino and go to Profile > Edit profile > Delete account. Confirm the deletion in the app.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@joino.at from the email address connected to your joino account and ask us to delete your account.

What To Include

Include the email address connected to your joino account and write that you want your joino account and associated personal data deleted. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing the request.

What Is Deleted

We remove or anonymize your profile details, delete stored profile and cover photos, clear saved events, RSVPs, invitations, follows, blocks, notifications, rate-limit records, route-snap request records, user-submitted reports, appeal messages, and similar participation records, cancel future events hosted by the deleted account, delete the app authentication account, and record the deletion for operational follow-up.

What May Be Retained

Some past community content, such as past hosted events, comments, replies, or event history, may remain visible without your profile details where needed to preserve the integrity of other users' event records and conversations. Some records may also be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or service integrity. We keep retained data only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Timing

In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are reviewed manually and handled as soon as reasonably possible after account ownership is confirmed.
