By using joino, you agree to these terms. joino is intended for adults who want to discover and organize local running and cycling activities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use joino.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information.
• Use respectful and honest profile, event, comment, and reply content.
• Make your own safety decisions before attending an event.
• Follow applicable laws and local rules.

Events

Users create and attend events at their own responsibility. joino does not supervise events, verify every participant, or guarantee event safety, availability, route accuracy, weather conditions, fitness suitability, or event quality.

Routes And Maps

Routes, distances, and elevation information are estimates. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your activity. You are responsible for checking local conditions, laws, traffic, closures, and personal ability before using a route.

Clubs

Any user can create a club. A club's owner and organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the club's profile, announcements, and events, and for how they manage membership and roles. A club being visible in the app, or marked verified, is not a guarantee or endorsement by joino of the club, its organizers, or the safety of its events. Clubs are a community/organizer feature and are not real-time chat.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict accounts, review reports, or take other action when users violate these terms, our community guidelines, or safety expectations. Suspended users may submit an appeal in the app when an appeal is available.

Accounts And Deletion

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion through the account deletion page.

Changes

We may update these terms as joino develops. The current version will be available on this page.
